Look up the parts application in catalogs or POS system and process orders with high accuracy;
Assist and advise customers on how to best meet their needs and resolve questions or problems;
Maintain POS computer abilities and understanding of store's pricing methods;
Maintain the good appearance of store and displays and participate in training as needed
