Inside Sales

Responsible for inside sales activities including order processing and customer support for industrial fasteners such as screws, nuts, bolts, screw machines, and related products. This role focuses primarily on phone and email communication with existing customers, with limited travel.

• Handle sales activities mainly through phone and email communication
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, delivery dates, and order status
• Prepare and issue quotations and sales documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams including customer support and warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain customer information and sales records
• Prepare basic sales and activity reports as required
• Support senior sales staff and assist with assigned sales projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Overtime is generally not expected
• Travel is not required during the first year
• Occasional customer visits may occur after the first year

Chamblee, GA

Starting from $45,000. After a 3‑month probation period, there is a possibility of an increase up to $56,000 based on performance (not guaranteed). Bonus equivalent to approximately one month of base salary. First‑year bonus amount depends on length of employment.

• Required:
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • English communication skills sufficient for business use
  • Valid driver’s license
• Preferred:
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Interest in working with Japanese related customers or business culture is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
