About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Development Representative to join and help build our sales team in North America. The sales team is responsible for attracting new home improvement contractors to offer their customers payment options through Upgrade. This role will allow you to contribute well beyond the scope of a normal SDR role, and to have a hands‑on opportunity to help create a business from the ground floor.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Cold‑call contacts and run multiple outbound sequences across different channels to win over new customers and get them to attend a 15‑30 minute demo with Sales
- Ask qualifying questions and share a few product benefits to prospective contractors
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success team members to research and develop target lists and account‑based sales strategies to drive opportunities and lead generation
- Engage in and champion the proper culture and processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity
- Interest and experience in an outbound dialing environment
- Interest in not just performing the SDR role but in helping shape a new offering’s go‑to‑market
- Experience in developing trusted relationships with new customers
- Strong collaborator with cross‑functional teams to succeed in managing projects

Location:
This role will be an in‑office role near Chamblee, Georgia. Please note this commute requirement.
