Security Officer Visitor Services Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, verify identification and appointments as applicable, issue visitor credentials, and direct individuals to appropriate offices or services;
Monitor access to the facility, maintain visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures;
Maintain a professional front-desk presence, answer inquiries, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts;
Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors at a government public health facility
