We are looking for talented, multi-skilled Painter/Craftsmen who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely, professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer. • Monday through Friday work week (8am to 5pm) – no weekend work
• W‑2 status with flexibility of an independent job
• Vehicle and tool allowances

• Inspect property and communicate potential repairs or additional services to the customer.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across multiple trades including plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical as needed.
• Takes time to earn the customer’s confidence and inquire about additional work that could be performed.
• Work independently to complete all tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, presentable vehicle, organized tools, and punctuality.
• Use proper equipment and safety practices during all tasks.
• Collaborate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.

• Good overall knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, tile, and electrical
• Proper equipment knowledge – know which tools are needed for specific tasks
• Troubleshooting skills – quick thinker, able to examine and resolve problems promptly
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
• Presentable appearance, clean‑cut style, organized tools, and a well‑maintained vehicle
• Strong problem‑solving ability, independent thinker, and a desire for customer satisfaction

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour.
