Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) – Seasonal Temp Full Time

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) to join our team for the summer. This is a temporary opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership and competitive pay.

• Pay
  : $24.50/hour – $25.50/hour depending on experience (includes a $1.50/hour premium over the permanent rate; this position is not eligible for benefits or quarterly bonuses).
• Stay Bonus
  : $100 after each successful completion of 30, 60, and 90 days for staying onboard through the summer.

• Full‑Time
  :
  Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week)
• Optional emergency on‑call schedule with the team (extra bonus).

• Complete the turn/make‑ready process of vacant apartments.
• Assist the team with maintenance work orders as needed.
• Maintain property grounds on a daily basis.
• Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly.

• At least 2 years of apartment or residential maintenance experience.
• EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands‑on HVAC troubleshooting/repair experience.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and pride in your work.
• Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and prioritizing tasks.

• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work‑order systems, etc.).
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year‑round.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Background check required.
