Pay to start at $17-$18 per hour (based on experience)

Warehouse employees, while working safely, will be responsible for all functions of the distribution center warehouse including loading and unloading, order picking and processing, and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained throughout the warehouse.

Days/

Hours:

Sunday through Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Part-time available. Hours flexible based on selectors.

• Must be able to lift and wrap boxes that weigh up to 50-70+ lbs daily.
• Demonstrate ability and proficiency with palletizing and packing all components and sub-components.
• Must be able to lift boxes that weigh up to 50-70+ lbs to a height of 70 inches daily.
• Individually, and in partnership with other coworkers, perform inventory inspections.
• Must be able to stand, reach above and below the shoulders, squat, bend, and kneel as necessary to perform the job.
• Assist with picking and packing of client orders and with periodic inventory counts.
• Meet or exceed productivity rate of 125 cases per hour (minimum).
• Must be able to accurately follow instructions regarding warehouse policy and procedure.
• Responsible for the careful handling of all products at all times.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry picker) in a safe manner.
• Maintain integrity of product through proper handling and storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety-first practices to remain accident-free.
• Perform routine facilities maintenance and/or cleaning tasks.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Preferred 1 year of prior experience working in a food distribution center/warehouse environment. Previous forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

Minimum:
High School Diploma or GED

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working within a fast-paced distribution center and must adapt to a multi-temperature environment. The employee is frequently exposed to dirt, dust and debris as well as powered material handling equipment and commercial truck traffic.

Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, with days and hours scheduled to vary based on business needs.

The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The associate may be required to move frequently, stand, walk, reach above and below the shoulders, squat, bend, kneel, and sit.

The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50-75+ lbs and occasionally up to 100+ lbs.
