Position: ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER

Contract Administration & Accounts Receivable Manager

The Contract Administration & Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for coordinating contract administration, project billing, job costing, accounts receivable, collections, reporting, and customer account administration for multiple company locations. This position works closely with Project Managers, Estimators, Accounting, and Operations to ensure accurate project setup, billing, payment tracking, customer account management, and contract compliance while maintaining accurate records in Sage/MAS 90, Glazier Software, and other company systems.

Responsibilities
  • Create new job numbers and project files, both physical and electronic.
  • Prepare AIA billings and project invoices based on Project Manager approvals.
  • Process customer invoices, payments, deposits, and cash receipts.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to accounts receivable, collections, retainage, backlog, and job costing.
  • Maintain customer and project records within Sage/MAS 90 and Glazier Software.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Education

Associate

Experience

1-4 years

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction accounting, contract administration, accounts receivable, or project administration.
  • Experience with Sage/MAS 90 and construction-related software systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of AIA billing, job costing, collections, and contract administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
