We are partnered with a commercial real estate firm in the greater Chicago area seeking a Senior Property Accountant.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly journal entries partnering with property management to ensure accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial reporting
- Responsible for all aspects of fixed assets. Including maintenance of roll-forward, depreciation, and amortization reports
- Ensure compliance with organizations accounting policies
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Required
- 3+ years of accounting experience required
- Experience in the Real Estate industry required
