Controller – Investment & Fiduciary Services

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead accounting activities for trust, wealth management, investment advisory, asset management, and related fiduciary businesses.
• Maintain effective internal controls and support audit and examination activities.
• Partner with business leadership on financial analysis, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Leadership experience managing accounting teams.
• Experience with in wealth management, trust, asset management, fiduciary services, or other financial services organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit processes.

Demonstrates expertise in financial reporting, compliance with U.S. GAAP, and leadership in managing high-performing accounting teams within the financial services sector. Proven ability to oversee financial close processes and maintain effective internal controls while partnering with business leadership on strategic initiatives.
