Night Auditor

Arbor Lodging -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee the overnight audit process and accounting functions including daily reporting of revenues and accounts payable, transaction audits and verifications, and preparation of final statements for the next day's check-outs;
Perform reception duties for late-night guests, including check-ins and addressing guest requests;
Check front office accounting records for accuracy and summarize information for the hotel's financial records;
Balance and reconcile room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics;
Post room charges and room taxes to guest accounts and ensure charges are properly posted to folios or master accounts
