Position: Secretary / Administrative Assistant

Secretary / Administrative Assistant*
* Adecco Staffing is currently assisting a local client in hiring for Secretary / Administrative Assistant in Champaign, IL.  We are looking for an ideal candidate that will provide front-desk support, manage scheduling, and assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and excellent communication with patients and staff.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.

+ Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general office correspondence.

+ Schedule and confirm patient appointments using practice management software ().

+ Assist patients with paperwork, insurance forms, and general questions.

+ Maintain and organize patient files in compliance with HIPAA.

+ Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

+ Assist with billing, payment collection, and basic bookkeeping tasks.

+ Support hearing instrument specialists with administrative needs.

+ Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.

** Preferred Background*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Prior office or medical receptionist experience preferred.

+ Strong computer skills.

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills.

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Detail-oriented and dependable.
