Job Title: Intake Documentation Coordinator
Location: Remote
Position Overview:
The Document Processing Specialist is responsible for accurately handling all inbound mail and faxed documentation, ensuring timely distribution and correct attachment to patient records. This role supports multiple departments and plays a key part in maintaining efficient and compliant documentation workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and distribute all incoming mail and faxed documents to appropriate departments
- Accurately scan and link documents to corresponding patient records
- Handle daily field correspondence and training documentation from Clinical Services
- Provide feedback to management on documentation trends or issues
- Support additional administrative projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive, flexible work approach
- Experience with document management systems and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of diabetes and related patient support processes is a plus
