• All New Hires:
  • $250 after 60 days
  • $500 after 90 days
• Experienced Sales Candidates:
  • $500 after 60 days
  • $1,000 after 90 days

Payouts contingent on active employment and satisfactory performance.

• Build relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional buying experience
• Identify customer needs through active listening and product knowledge
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the delivery process, ensuring full understanding of features, warranties, and paperwork
• Stay up to date on inventory, features, and automotive technology
• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with management, service, and reconditioning teams
• Attend training and sales meetings to continuously improve
  
  Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and applicable laws

• No automotive sales experience required – we will train the right person
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mentality
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• $60,000 – $150,000+ earning potential in your first year
