About
The Opportunity:
As a potential Governance & Investment Review Board Analyst, this position will have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in support of a client in the St Louis, MO area. This role will be critical in overseeing the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository, including development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop agendas, maintain the agenda backlog, draft meeting minutes, track action items, and prepare other technical documentation.
- Maintain charters, policies, processes, procedures, and templates.
- Facilitate out‑of‑cycle votes and coordinate budget reviews.
- Support business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
- Attend IRB meetings and track approved, denied, and on‑hold IT spend‑items.
- Review MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compare multiple iterations of spend plan reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards.
- In‑depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT governance‑related disciplines.
- Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization.
- Experience preparing high‑visibility, executive level presentation materials.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens.

Qualifications:
- USDA experience preferred.
Compensation: Salary range $80,000 - $110,000, plus employee referral bonus and year‑end performance bonuses.
