Senior Product Manager - Card Account Participant Services (CAPS)
Senior Manager, Product Management (PXDP
55)
Product management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.
Aboutthe Team
Card Account Participant Services (CAPS) is the business‑enablement engine powering Capital One’s next‑generation lending strategy. Historically, credit card ecosystems have been designed around a rigid, single‑account‑holder paradigm. CAPS transforms this legacy approach, turning Capital One into a dynamic, multi‑user platform. By revamping how we recognize, manage, and service everyone tied to an account—from primary cardholders and authorized users to business managers, legal guardians, and third‑party contacts—CAPS unlocks the ability to build market‑leading, collaborative financial products.
We handle the shared infrastructure of relationship management, allowing front‑end digital channels to focus entirely on designing winning customer experiences. Our strategy creates a powerful corporate multiplier: we drive immediate revenue by optimizing multi‑user experiences on current infrastructure, while building a scalable, low‑cost framework to future‑proof Capital One’s financial products.
