Position
Senior Controls/Compliance Analyst (Virtual)
Responsibilities- Test Project Management, Service Delivery, and SDLC controls using Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Conduct testing, monitoring, health checks, spot checks, and re‑performance testing to provide insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement actions.
- Analyze data and information to generate actionable recommendations and support decision making.
- Perform complex reviews of business artifacts and execute fieldwork requiring subject‑matter expertise.
- Support execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders to ensure effective control testing and monitoring.
- Plan and implement operational testing programs, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements and standards.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery and maintain consistent, high‑quality practices that achieve business results.
- Identify root causes of errors, communicate findings to appropriate parties, and write testing reports and work papers.
- Provide ongoing support for the continuous improvement process within the business unit or enterprise‑wide focus.
- Exercise judgment to diagnose and solve problems within established guidelines, taking measured risks while protecting the bank and adhering to risk management frameworks and regulations.
- Work independently on complex tasks, including unique situations, and take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Salary: $51,800.00 – $95,900.00 per year (Salaried). BMO offers health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
