Position

Senior Controls/Compliance Analyst (Virtual)

• Test Project Management, Service Delivery, and SDLC controls using Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Conduct testing, monitoring, health checks, spot checks, and re‑performance testing to provide insights, recommendations, and continuous improvement actions.
• Analyze data and information to generate actionable recommendations and support decision making.
• Perform complex reviews of business artifacts and execute fieldwork requiring subject‑matter expertise.
• Support execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with business partners and stakeholders to ensure effective control testing and monitoring.
• Plan and implement operational testing programs, ensuring compliance with established service level agreements and standards.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery and maintain consistent, high‑quality practices that achieve business results.
• Identify root causes of errors, communicate findings to appropriate parties, and write testing reports and work papers.
• Provide ongoing support for the continuous improvement process within the business unit or enterprise‑wide focus.
• Exercise judgment to diagnose and solve problems within established guidelines, taking measured risks while protecting the bank and adhering to risk management frameworks and regulations.
• Work independently on complex tasks, including unique situations, and take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
