Specialist, Strategic Sourcing

JLL is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders in optimizing JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies. This role provides market, supplier, and operational intelligence, leads field resources, and drives both immediate and sustained benefits for clients.

• Provide market, supplier, and operational intelligence for services operations.
• Identify and lead field resources to execute strategic initiatives.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert on JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility and Property Management teams to deliver client‑ready benefits.
• Perform periodic market trend analysis in specific categories, including supplier base and industry changes.
• Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client‑ready format.
• Implement, coordinate, and communicate regional and national programs.
• Support Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Provide guidance and follow‑up for operations teams on RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.
• Manage internal and external customer expectations proactively.
• Convert supplier proposals into comprehensive scopes of work.
• Create and execute RFPs, perform bid leveling, analysis, and present recommendations to stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understand complexities of facility management, sourcing, and vendor management at retail locations.
• Ensure compliance with JLL’s sourcing and contracting policies, risk management programs, and ethics.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure contractual terms and conditions comply with standard practices.
• Establish work priorities, assign deliverables, and resolve issues with operations teams to ensure client and customer satisfaction.
• Support and assist development of diversity programs in accordance with client and company requirements.
• Mentor and educate suppliers through meetings.
• Lead Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.
• Support JLL e‑commerce procurement initiatives.
• Work Eastern Standard Time hours.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree from a four‑year college or university.
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Project management and business transition experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong computer skills.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Estimated compensation: $85,000.00 – $ USD per year. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations, including candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal factors.
