Global Experience Specialists, Inc is seeking an Exhibitor Showsite Coordinator to assist customers at trade shows, conventions and events. You will handle pre-show planning, show-site setup/breakdown, and billing/invoice processing as part of coordinating orders and labor.
The role reports to the Manager of Exhibitor Success and requires strong communication, organization, and a positive customer-service mindset. Travel 50-75% and willingness to work nights/weekends are needed.
