We are seeking a Software Product Manager, AI to lead the definition, development, and delivery of AI-powered features across the myQ ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of software and engineering to create intelligent experiences that enhance safety, security, and convenience for our customers.
- Own the AI product roadmap:
Define vision, strategy, and prioritized initiatives for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with company objectives. - Identify customer needs and value:
Leverage user research, analytics, and competitive benchmarking to shape AI use cases that deliver meaningful value and support subscription revenue growth. - Measure impact:
Establish success metrics, monitor feature adoption, and iterate to improve accuracy, performance, and customer satisfaction. - Bridge product and engineering:
Partner with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical requirements and product deliverables. - Drive execution:
Write clear product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of features through agile development practices. - Evaluate technology tradeoffs:
Collaborate on build vs. buy decisions, model selection, and infrastructure needs for scalable AI deployment. - Cross-functional leadership:
Work with design, operations, security, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure AI features are reliable, trustworthy, and aligned with brand standards.
- Develop, communicate, and implement a vision and roadmap for one or more product portfolios to deliver a best-in-class software experience and achieve business objectives (user acquisition, engagement, retention, market share, profitability).
- Lead the new product development process within the Connected Services team from concept through commercialization, including voice of customer research, requirements, marketing planning, value proposition, and tracking financial performance.
- Deliver flawless user experiences across customers, partners, and dealer-facing products.
- Support achievement of P&L objectives for the business unit, driving profitability, volume growth, and market share; execute product and services plans.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and deliver connected services for the product portfolio; uncover real-time consumer insights and drive user experience requirements.
- Ensure product portfolio visions and roadmaps align with business unit strategy, balancing fast-paced development with sustaining product support and insight-driven decisions; align software strategy with hardware and solutions strategy to deliver compelling user experiences.
- Develop and implement portfolio strategy, brand, and channels; partner with BU product, marketing, sales, and customer experience to build go-to-market plans and end-to-end operational plans to drive profitability and scale the business.
- Serve as a Product Owner, owning end-user connected experiences, and leading cross-functional development teams.
- Advise senior leaders on go-to-market partnerships, including inorganic activities to support growth and connectivity strategy.
- Represent the company with major customers, competitors, trade associations, government agencies, and professional groups.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and protect the company’s information confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience in software, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of GenAI, machine learning concepts, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
