Retirement Plan Administrator (DB/DC) | 100% Remote | Up to $95K
Location:
100% Remote
• Salary:
Up to $95,000 + Comprehensive Benefits
- Administer Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans from A–Z.
- Perform annual compliance testing, valuations, and contribution calculations.
- Prepare and review Form 5500 and PBGC filings.
- Complete nondiscrimination testing and ensure ongoing ERISA and IRS compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and retirement plan guidance.
- Maintain accurate plan records and stay current on industry regulations.
- 3+ years of retirement plan administration experience with both DB and DC plans.
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
- Experience preparing Form 5500s, compliance testing, and annual plan administration.
- FTW experience preferred.
- 100% Remote
