Overview
Donohue & Associates, a preferred provider of water and wastewater engineering services, is seeking a Lead Resident Project Representative. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction site experience on municipal pipeline construction projects. The initial assignments will be located in Central Illinois. Projects involve construction supervision to ensure the project is completed per the contract documents and coordination with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, etc.
Responsibilities- Provide construction supervision to ensure projects are completed per contract documents.
- Coordinate with office staff for submittals, RFIs, and related project communications.
- Assist in on-site management and supervision of municipal pipeline construction projects.
- 5+ years of progressive construction observation or related experience.
- B.S. engineering degree a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment with clients and across multiple Donohue offices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000 – $105,000. Actual compensation will depend on education, experience, expertise, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and organizational needs.
