Responsibilities
- Assisting the Superintendent in the day-to-day management and coordination of jobsite activities
- Monitoring subcontractor schedules and work quality to keep projects on time and on scope
- Conducting regular jobsite walks to identify and resolve issues before they become problems
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite at all times
- Supporting project documentation including daily logs, photos, and progress reports
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams
65-80k base salary depending on experience
