Elite ICT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee power-delivery projects from initial planning through final completion. This position is responsible for coordinating field operations, subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and customer communication.
The ideal candidate has experience managing electrical infrastructure, utility, substation, telecommunications power, or data-center power projects and can effectively coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
Elite ICT is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee power-delivery projects from initial planning through final completion. This position is responsible for coordinating field operations, subcontractors, materials, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and customer communication.
The ideal candidate has experience managing electrical infrastructure, utility, substation, telecommunications power, or data-center power projects and can effectively coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage power-delivery projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
- Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and vendors.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and change requirements.
- Oversee electrical and civil scopes involving utility services, substations, switch gear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, battery systems, and underground infrastructure.
- Work closely with customers, utilities, engineers, inspectors, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor project performance and identify schedule, cost, procurement, and constructability risks.
- Prepare proposals, purchase orders, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billings.
- Ensure long-lead electrical equipment is identified, procured, tracked, and delivered according to schedule.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and participate in project and safety meetings.
- Ensure work complies with project requirements, applicable codes, safety policies, and quality standards.
- Verify project documentation is complete, including daily reports, testing records, as-built drawings, commissioning documentation, and closeout packages.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers and company leadership.
- Support estimating, business development, and project turnover activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Five or more years of construction project-management experience preferred.
- Experience with electrical utilities, substations, data centers, telecommunications facilities, renewable energy, or mission-critical power systems strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of electrical and civil construction practices.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, one-line diagrams, and project schedules.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction project-management software.
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.

- Ability to work in office and active construction-site environments.
- Ability to walk jobsites and navigate uneven terrain.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
- Occasional extended hours may be required to support critical project activities.
- Regular regional travel and occasional overnight travel may be required.
The Project Manager delivers projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with customer expectations. Success requires proactive planning, accurate cost management, strong field coordination, timely issue resolution, and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Pay Range:$75,000 - $125,000
