Senior Designer

Job brief

To meet our marketing demands, we are looking for a senior designer to manage and produce digital and print creative solutions.

You should have in-depth understanding of graphic design, styles, and layout strategies to succeed in this position. Additionally, you ought to have experience putting marketing initiatives, such as websites, brochures, and product packaging, through to completion.

In the end, you'll make sure the design team builds our brand by producing high-caliber work on time.

• In charge of all design projects from start to finish
• Create unique works, such as illustrations and infographics
• Examine the work of young designers to ensure excellence.
• Using graphic design software, improve the graphics, typefaces, and layouts.
• Apply typographic principles
• Create concepts for portraying ideas and promoting goods and services.
• Improve the usability of digital products
• Ensure brand consistency across all of our marketing initiatives.
• Work together with the marketing and design teams to meet deadlines
• Keep current with new innovations and tools in the business.

• Work experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer or similar role
• A collection of finished design projects
• Practical knowledge of image-editing applications like photoshop and adobe illustrator
• A mastery of design software (e.G. Indesign and balsamiq)
• A strong sense of aesthetics and the capacity to blend a variety of colours, fonts, and layouts
• Focusing on visual details
• Ability to work with a team and meet deadlines
• BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
