Customer Service Rep, Client Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the main liaison between customers and contractors for fiber‑related service needs
- Schedule and coordinate fiber installations, maintenance, and burials
- Proactively monitor and manage service delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address and resolve service‑related issues quickly and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Report daily to Pavlov Media’s corporate headquarters

- Experience in service coordination, customer support, dispatching, or project coordination
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, ERP systems, or ticketing software
- Background in telecommunications, construction coordination, or a similar service‑driven industry
- Feedback Collection:
Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services and products
The salary range for this position is $20 – $24 per hour. Actual base pay will depend on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors such as relevant skills and experience.
