It’s a great time to join AAA The Auto Club Group! Join the team committed to driving your career forward. This role supports the Insurance Agency and members as a Field Insurance Service Representative.
Responsibilities- Perform retention calls, process applications, renewals, amendments, and resolve customer problems.
- Sell membership and financial products, provide price quotes, and factor in applicable rules and discounts.
- Take insurance payments (initial, installment, lapse, or reinstatement) and process monetary transactions.
- Respond to insurance inquiries, explain product features, and promote Auto Club Group services.
- Refer to agent and recognize cross‑sale opportunities within existing members’ policies.
- Conduct outbound promotional and retention call activities per management request.
- Participate in a team environment to promote customer satisfaction and consistent service.
- Receive and resolve member/customer complaints, seeking management assistance as necessary.
- Help generate insurance revenue through office events and community activities.
- Prepare insurance proposals, policy changes, transfers, and billing clarifications; update electronic member information.
- Verify new business applications and refer members to other lines of business.
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling/servicing Auto Club Group membership products.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer‑focused service, handling insurance policies, processing applications, renewals, and amendments.
- Strong customer service and sales skills, ability to promote company products and services.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance systems (e.g., PPS, POS, IMS, IPM).
- Ability to analyze member needs, prepare rate quotations, and organize sales plans.
- Effective team player and independent worker with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, precise monetary calculations, and ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
- Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends, holidays, and community events.
- Starting hourly wage of $23.00 - $25.50 per hour based on experience.

The position is located in a temperature‑controlled office environment with willingness and ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and community events.
