Job Description

We’re looking for a Branch Customer Service Representative to promote AAA The Auto Club Group (ACG) products and services, engage customers, and drive revenue at our branch locations.

• Provide sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages), and selected banking products.
• Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when appropriate.
• Provide cashiering services to members, including taking and processing payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and travel money products, as well as processing remittance/depository transfers and balancing the cash drawer.
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints and seek assistance from management when needed.
• Provide administrative support to travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
• Participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness of products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a customer‑focused environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to take personal responsibility for solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize tasks to meet office customer service goals.
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate monetary transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends, and to participate in community events as needed.

Hourly wage of $19.00 – $21.50, depending on experience, plus additional incentives and an annual bonus potential based on performance.

This is an in‑office position based at an ACG branch facility. Regular and reliable attendance is essential for the function of this job.
