This is a full-time, on-site General Dentist role based in the Greater Chicago Area. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive services, and emergency care as needed. Daily responsibilities include educating patients on oral health, reviewing treatment options, and delivering same-day care when appropriate to enhance patient experience. The dentist will collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative team members to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality care.
Additional duties include maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to regulatory and infection control standards, and participating in practice-wide initiatives to improve patient outcomes and operational performance.
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution; active and unrestricted Illinois dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, including diagnosis, restorative care, preventive treatment, and management of common dental conditions.
- Commitment to patient education and experience, with the ability to communicate treatment plans clearly, build trust, and provide compassionate care.
- Team-oriented mindset, with experience collaborating effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Demonstrated alignment with values of excellence, humility, and accountability, including openness to feedback and ongoing professional development.
- Solid understanding of infection control protocols, regulatory compliance, and ethical standards in clinical practice.
- Experience with digital dental systems (e.g., digital radiography, practice management software) and interest in adopting best practices and new technologies.
- Prior experience in group practices or partnership-based environments is beneficial, but motivated early-career dentists are encouraged to apply.
