Entry Level Designer - Home Remodeling

As a Residential Designer at Elik Homes, you will play a pivotal role in developing design plans for residential construction projects. You will work closely with our clients, architects, and project managers to create designs that meet aesthetic and functional needs while adhering to budget and timeline constraints. Your expertise in residential design will ensure that our homes are not only beautiful but also practical, sustainable, and compliant with local building codes.

• Work with clients to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed design plans and 3D visualizations for custom homes, including floor plans, elevations, and interior designs.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.
• Revise and update designs based on client feedback and project specifications.
• Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures that align with the overall design vision.
• Ensure all designs adhere to safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, new materials, and construction technologies.
• Provide support during the construction phase to ensure designs are implemented as planned.
