What You’ll Do:- Visit project sites to review and document existing conditions
- Supports preparation of creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions while participating as an integral member of the design team.
- Provides design support under supervision for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Assists in preparing client presentation materials using design application skills and creative ideas.
- Uses a creative approach to perform tasks and responsibilities on projects in an organized, timely, and consistent way.
- Self-checks work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and compile data for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.
- Provides support to tasks within project teams
- Keeps open communication within team and with project managers.
- Assists with coordination among partners and consultants.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture preferred;
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; degree must be from an accredited university - 0-2 years of professional experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite, Enscape, Lumion, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Proficient use of Revit
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn and be curious about design
- Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
- Interest in completing the ARE exams

Salary Range: $60,000-$74,000(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
