Overview
Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
Opportunity Details- 100% outpatient;
Monday - Friday - Patient Centered Medical Home Model
- Family Medicine is housed in a large multi-specialty center which includes Adult Medicine and Pediatrics as well as Endocrinology, Rheumatology and Dermatology
- Physician and APP Partnership exist to manage a panel of patients
- Call is 1:7 telephone only, and supported by nurse advisory line
- Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students
- Opportunity to moonlight in Convenient Care
- Opportunity for academic and/or research affiliation with the Carle Illinois College of Medicine,the nation’s first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering

ProviderSalary Range
The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
