Overview
Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join our established Otolaryngology practice at our location in Bloomington‑Normal, Illinois.
Opportunity Details- Must have completed training at an ACGME‑accredited Otolaryngology residency program
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology, Rhinology, or Laryngology is desirable but not required
- Must have skills and interest in comprehensive Otolaryngology
- Busy, established practice with a large referral base
- Large, state‑of‑the‑art facility with opportunity to grow practice
- Join a system with a team that includes 7 Otolaryngologists
- System currently offers subspecialty Adult and Pediatric Otology/Neurotology, Head/Neck Oncology, Microvascular Reconstruction, and Rhinology services
- Onsite team includes two BC Otolaryngologists, two Advanced Practice Providers, and two in‑clinic Adult Audiologists
- Enjoy comprehensive breadth of cases with patients of all ages
- Well established hospitalist program
- Majority of surgeries will be done at Carle Bro Menn Medical Center, a 200‑bed Magnet‑designated hospital
- Some surgeries will be done at The Center for Outpatient Medicine, an AAAHC‑accredited surgery center with state‑of‑the‑art equipment
- Opportunities for involvement in the Carle Illinois College of Medicine, the nation's first medical school focused at the intersection of healthcare and engineering that was created as a partnership between Carle Health and the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign

BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $500,000 – $550,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
