This role is designed to provide ongoing, embedded coaching and professional learning that enhances teaching practices, increases student engagement, and supports meaningful technology integration in the classroom. In District 13, specific areas of focus include:
- Instructional
Coaching:
Supporting the first-year K–5 adoption of Eureka Math2 at two elementary schools, with an emphasis on instructional strategies, lesson design, and technology integration. At the middle school, potential opportunities include working with a STEM teacher whose program was recently updated with VEX Exp robotics equipment. - Data
Coaching:
Helping the district formalize and strengthen Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) across all three schools (two elementary and one middle school) by providing structure, consistency, and data-driven strategies to improve collaboration and student outcomes.
Working closely with LTC staff and district leadership, the coach will also:
- Develop and implement customized coaching plans
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for teachers
- Facilitate professional learning sessions for educators and administrators
- Assist with district-wide technology and digital learning initiatives
- Contribute to regional and statewide K–12 edtech projects as needed

As part of this role, you’ll join an incredible statewide team of instructional coaches and LTC staff dedicated to transforming teaching and learning through innovation, collaboration, and continuous support.
Location: This position will work with 1 district. Candidates must be located within driving distance to districts or be willing to relocate.
