• The salary for this position is based on the collective bargaining agreement with the Champaign Federation of Teachers. Details, including hard‑to‑fill levels, are available on the district website. Experienced teachers receive credit for service outside the district and may request up to $2,000 as a salary advance for relocation.
• The district offers an additional $1,500 annual stipend for teachers holding a National Board certification.
• Individuals hired into a 1.0 FTE position in the CFT bargaining unit after October 1, 2023 are eligible for a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

• This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete. Interviews may be conducted after July 9, 2025; submit materials promptly to ensure consideration.

• The district will consider candidates who can begin work immediately as well as those who can start next school year. Immediate hires may continue into the next year, but this is not guaranteed.
• Restore features two classrooms: 1st‑2nd grade and 3rd‑5th grade, serving students from any Champaign Elementary School.
• Each classroom consists of a classroom teacher, two teaching assistants, and a maximum of eight students.
• Restore focuses on social‑emotional growth and restorative practices while maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations.
