- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Elementary Education and ESL/Bilingual Endorsement
- Experience working with Spanish/English bilingual elementary grade students preferred
- Experience with MClass progress monitoring, curriculum planning, intervention supports in Spanish & English literacy and math, and co‑teaching.
- This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete; however, interviews may be conducted after March 3, 2026, so interested applicants should submit their materials ASAP to ensure consideration.
- This position is for the District's Dual Language Summer School Program, which will be located at International Prep Academy.
- This program runs Monday-Thursday from June 3, 2026 - July 2, 2026.
- Student contact hours will be from 8:00 a.m.
-12:30 p.m. - Staff will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 7:45 a.m.
-12:45 p.m. - There will also be an initial required training (paid) June 2, 2026 from 8:30 a.m.
-3:00 p.m., with a 1 hour unpaid lunch. - This position will include 10 hours of curriculum planning before summer school begins, in addition to co‑teaching, supporting intervention needs, and monitoring progress throughout summer school.

- Champaign Unit 4 Schools serves over 10,000 PreK-Young Adult students in 18 facilities, which include twelve elementary schools, three middle schools, two high schools, one early childhood facility, and the Novak Academy.
