Position Summary:

The Math Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing mathematics instruction that engages students and fosters a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. This role includes creating an inclusive learning environment, differentiating instruction to meet diverse needs, and helping students develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines.
Teach mathematics concepts ranging from [specify level-e.g., basic arithmetic to algebra/geometry/calculus] depending on grade level.
Use a variety of instructional strategies, including hands-on activities, technology integration, and collaborative learning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Valid state teaching license or certification in mathematics.
Strong knowledge of math content and instructional best practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
