Job Overview
We are hiring Educators for the school year, beginning in August. Pay starts at $17/hr for before school, recess, and after school hours. Exact hours will be determined by school needs.

Hiring EventJune 16th from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Appointments are required and available on the hour.

- Daily Program Meetings: review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and support team accountability.
- Organize and Facilitate Daily
Activities:
prepare activities and curriculum that align with program objectives; lead structured fitness and educational activities for all ages. - Lead By Example: maintain a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring children enjoy themselves while meeting program goals through positive guidance and effective classroom management.
- Prioritize Safety and Joy: monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance and incidents.
- Communication: maintain effective communication with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
- Team player
- Minimum one year of verifiable experience working with children under 13 in a childcare or school setting
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Drive to inspire a love of learning and commitment to healthy living
- Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
- Meet state‑specific requirements
- First Aid and CPR in‑person (obtainable within 30 days of employment if required)
- Cleared tuberculosis test (obtainable within 30 days if required)
- Proof of MMR (documentation if required)
- 18 + years of age
- Proof of high school diploma or GED
