• Must have attended AVID Summer Institute within the last three years
• AVID Elective Teacher Training preferred
• Experience teaching Algebra preferred

• This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete; however, interviews may be conducted after May 18, 2026, so interested applicants should submit their materials ASAP to ensure consideration.
• This position is for the District's College & Career Readiness Summer Transition Program, which will be located at Centennial High School.
• This program runs Monday, June 29, 2026 - Thursday, July 2, 2026.
• Student Contact Hours will be from 8:30 a.m. to 1:10 p.m.
• Staff will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 7:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
• Initial required training (paid) will be Friday, June 26, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Teachers will be paid at the rate of $40.00/hour for actual hours worked.
