Position: Full-Time School Psychologist
Location: Bloomingdale, IL
Start Date: ASAP through May 23, 2025
Schedule: 8:05 AM - 3:35 PM
Description: We are urgently seeking a Full-Time School Psychologist to join our team at an elementary school in Bloomingdale, IL. This role is essential for supporting our high population of special education students, focusing on assessments and eligibility determinations.
Responsibilities- Conduct initial and re-evaluations, and administer testing for student eligibility
- Support crisis management and transition processes from MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) to Special Education
- Collaborate with school staff to address the needs of students with various disabilities, including Autism
- Note:
This position does not involve providing therapy
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience working with elementary-aged students and a high special education population
- Strong skills in assessment, evaluation, and crisis management
- The role is based at one elementary school within the district
