We’re currently partnering with a school district in Lake County, IL to hire a full-time, school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026–2027 school year
. This role supports students across a K–12 setting and offers a collaborative, student-centered environment.

• Location: Onsite | Lake County, IL
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday
• School Year: 2026–2027

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional life skills development

• Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License.
• Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong understanding of sensory integration, fine motor development, and adaptive strategies for learning environments.
