• Experience working with primary-grade students preferred
• Experience with culturally responsive instruction and instructional differentiation preferred
• Orton-Gillingham trained or willing to complete training by June 2, 2026 (for Targeted Interventionists)

• Program runs Monday-Thursday from June 3, 2026 - July 2, 2026.
• Student Contact Hours will be from 8:00 a.m.
  
  -12:30 p.m.
• Staff will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 7:15 a.m.
  
  -12:45 p.m. or 7:45 a.m.
  
  -1:15 p.m. (includes 30 minutes of planning before or after school)
• Initial required training (paid) will be Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from 8:00 a.m.
  
  -3:00 p.m., with a one hour unpaid lunch break, at Stratton Academy.
• Teachers will be paid at the rate of $40.00/hour.
• Classroom Teachers, Elementary Interventionists, Elementary Instructional Coaches, Elementary MLL Teachers, Elementary SPED Teachers, and Elementary Specials Teachers are all encouraged to apply.
