• Provide school‑based social work services to students in alignment with their IEPs and social‑emotional goals.
• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans addressing students’ emotional, behavioral, and social needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions promoting coping strategies, resilience, and positive peer interactions.
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development initiatives.

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Social Worker endorsement required.
• Previous experience in a school or youth‑centered setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of social‑emotional development and behavioral support strategies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school teams.
