- Associate degree (required), bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Knowledge and ability to work with community and local businesses
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with diverse populations
- Computer skills, including familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid organizational skills
- Willing to take initiative
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position is determined based on the collective bargaining agreement with the Champaign Educational Support Professionals, which is available on our website. The district gives experienced employees up to 20 years of experience credit for service outside the district if it is directly related to their position. 100% of an employee's contributions to IMRF are currently paid by the board of education.
There are opportunities for employees to earn additional compensation during the regular school year and in the summer.

Important Notes
General hours are between 8:00am - 3:00pm, but must have flexibility and be willing to work occasional evenings. The work calendar is 15 hours/week from mid-August to early June. This position is for the upcoming school year.
