• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with ESL or Bilingual Endorsement

• This position will remain posted until the hiring process is complete; however, interviews may be conducted after February 23, 2026, so interested applicants should submit their materials ASAP to ensure consideration.
• This position is for the District's MLL Newcomer Summer School Program, which will be located at International Prep Academy.
• MLL teachers will work with MLL students to build their language skills in English through cooperative learning and hands-on experience.
• This program runs Monday-Thursday from June 3, 2026 to July 2, 2026.
• Student contact hours will be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Staff will be expected to be on duty (and will be paid) from 7:45 a.m. to 1.15 p.m.
• There will also be an initial required training (paid) June 1-June 2, 2026 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• Teachers will be paid at the rate of $40.00/hour.
