Dual Language Teacher – Elementary Summer School ()
Positions: up to 6 based upon enrollment; date posted:
February 27, 2026.
- Elementary Summer School – International Prep Academy
- Program dates:
June 3 – July 2, 2026 (Monday–Thursday) - Student contact hours: 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Staff duty hours: 7:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. (paid)
- Initial training:
June 2, 2026, 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (paid, 1 h unpaid lunch)
- Positively transforming learning and life outcomes for students through educational justice, equity, and excellence.
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Elementary Education and ESL/Bilingual Endorsement
- Preferred experience working with Spanish/English bilingual elementary grade students
- Provide instruction to dual language classrooms, co‑teaching, and supporting intervention needs
- Monitor student progress throughout summer school
- Complete 10 hours of curriculum planning before the program begins
- Hourly rate: $40.00 per hour
