Position: Dual Credit Instructors for Area High Schools

Dual Credit Instructors

Dual credit instructors to teach dual credit courses at their home high schools as part of Parkland College Early College Services Program. Teaching will occur during regular school hours, part-time, Monday-Friday. Instructors are paid through their school district and their work week will vary per semester.

  • Participate in training provided by the College in course curriculum, assessment methods, and administrative requirements.
  • Provide a copy of the course syllabus to the College.
  • Deliver instruction using College's course content and learning objectives.
  • Provide a copy of the course syllabus to each student enrolled in the dual credit course.
  • Complete timely grading.
  • Maintain communication with the Early College Faculty Director.
