We are seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to support equipment qualification and validation in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a focus on injection molding, injectable/sterile manufacturing, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Execute IQ/OQ/PQ and process validation protocols
- Support validation of injection molding and automated manufacturing equipment
- Perform deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control activities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Automation teams
- 5+ years of validation engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, GMP, and FDA regulations
- Experience with PLC/automation systems preferred
- Strong protocol writing and technical documentation skills
