BEAR Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support our Solar Division by assisting with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and day-to-day execution across active renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support project managers and field teams throughout project execution
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Assist with schedules, permits, inspections, and closeout processes
- Coordinate workflows across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes
- Help maintain QA/QC and project tracking logs
- Construction or related industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office preferred
- Solar project experience is a plus
