For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $148,300 - $155,715 per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job DescriptionLead the Digital Power Services transformation for brownfield electrical infrastructure, with full ownership of offer architecture, industrialization, and commercialization for the U.S. Services business. Define, structure, and manage Digital Power Services offers supporting installed-base electrical assets, including service plans, modernization of equipment, install and commissioning, warranty extensions, service support and other engineered solutions. Develop and execute a U.S.
-specific Digital Power Services roadmap, integrating Eco Struxure Power architectures, predictive maintenance concepts, and asset‑lifecycle extension strategies. Perform advanced market, competitive, and pricing analyses specific to electrical services, identifying offer gaps tied to NEMA‑aligned infrastructure, retrofit constraints, and customer operating environments. Translate field service insights, asset performance data, and failure‑mode behavior into differentiated Digital Power Services value propositions. Analyze pipeline, bookings, and sales performance to identify service adoption barriers and design targeted offer improvements.
Collaborate with Services R&D, electrical engineering teams, Global Services offer owners, and U.S. line‑of‑business leaders to define technically feasible, executable service scopes. Own service pricing architecture and margin performance for the U.S. Services P&L, including cost‑to‑serve analysis and profitability optimization. Develop technical and commercial messaging for Digital Power Services offers, including sales enablement materials and customer‑facing documentation. Partner with Marketing Communications to execute go‑to‑market strategies for electrical service offers, not digital tools or platforms.
Serve as the liaison for marketing, commercialization and represent the offer as the subject‑matter expert for Digital Power Services offerings in customer discussions, industry events, and internal forums. Support technical training enablement for Services teams to ensure correct positioning and execution of Digital Power Services offers. Remote eligible up to 3 days per week. Approx. 20% domestic travel required to industry events, customer meetings, and internal coordination.
- Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of progressive, post‑Bachelor’s experience in electrical distribution infrastructure and services offer management, or a related occupation.
- Experience includes at least some of the following skills:
- Commercializing electrical services tied to installed‑base power distribution equipment, including modernization, retrofit, and lifecycle service offerings.
- Managing products using an understanding of U.S. electrical distribution systems, including NEMA standards, U.S. market practices, and engineered‑to‑order environments.
- Defining and managing service offer pricing and profitability, including margin analysis and collaboration with Finance on a Services P&L.
- Translating electrical asset behavior and field service data into structured Digital Power Services offerings.
- Working with Services R&D, electrical engineering, and global offer governance teams to launch and scale service solutions.
